This course is designed to provide a general  overview of Medicaid for children with disabilities with a focus on long term care benefits, as well as information on Medicaid services and programs specific to Texas.

•         What Medicaid Waivers are available to children in Texas

•         Transitioning to adult services and some options in Texas

•         How to access services  - important contact numbers and Web sites

 

At the end of the course, you will have the opportunity to check your knowledge and print a certificate of completion.
